Terms
Booking
A card number is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and is subject to a £20.00 non refundable administration charge per room which will be deducted on your departure.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations which are subsequently cancelled with at least seven days notice will only incur the administration charge. In the event of cancellation of a booking with less than seven days notice we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee of the full amount of the first nights stay unless we can re-let the room for the duration of the booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing or email.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival,
3.00pm – 7.00pm times can be adjusted if arranged in advance.
Departure
10.30am Monday to Saturday and 11.00am on Sunday.
Early Departures
In the event of a stay being cut short for any reasons the full duration of each booking will be made.
Payment
Payment can be made be credit card, cheque (with a cheque guarantee card to the full amount of the cheque) or cash.
Pets
We are sorry but pets are not accepted.
Durrant House operates a no smoking policy throughout the house.
